Symptoms
When a Control Plan contains a node which triggers a WI_Req (Wallet Information Request) to a VWS (Voucher Wallet Server) such as a PCSB (Periodic Charge State Branching) or a ASB (Account State Branching), an exception can be thrown by slee_acs signifying a failure in the processing of the returned ESCHER message:
This error is logged by the slee_acs process(es) on the SLCs (Service Logic Controllers), so can be found in:
/IN/service_packages/ACS/tmp/slee_acs.log
or
/var/adm/messages
