Can one use ONE Account for ALL Departments and Areas?

Example:
Have Account: 001, Department: D1 and Area: A1 and A2.
If selecting Department= D1 and Area= A1 in Work Order, the Account LOV will show Account 001.
Is it possible in WAM if one selects Department= D1 and Area= A2, the Account LOV will also show Account 001?
