Goal

This document provides instruction on how to administer the private database login username and password in P6 EPPM Release 8.x and later releases.

If the privileged schema user (default privuser) password is changed in the database platform, but the associated password embedded in the P6 database (in encrypted format) is not updated to match, when attempting to log in the Primavera P6 Administrator, the following error occurs.
