Symptoms
When one study is selected in the New Case Entry form and a query is executed to identify duplicate cases the following error is noted:
ERROR Occurred... -- Web Page Dialog
Error No: -2146233088 Description: Some Search criteria are too broad. Please specify more information within them.
Product Name--> <NAME OF PRODUCT>
Generic Name--> <NAME OF PRODUCT>
If the query is expanded to find all Clinical Trial cases the same error does not occur.
