After having set up a new system including a real-time processing pipelines for billing-time discounts), during the billing process CM is trying to re-direct flist to EM module of real-time discounting pipeline by using PCM_OP_RATE_DISCOUNT_EVENT opcode, but the real-time pipeline process breaks down.

The IFW process has terminated with a core, as per nohup.out:

Attempt to exit due to signal caught: SIGSEGV

and the CM pinlog reports an error like:

CMAP fwd_op_to_em: pcp_send DONE
E Thu Jul 14 10:54:18 2011 cm:26842 pcp_xdrst.c(53):3084
received PIN_ERR_STREAM_EOF, closing socket

What could be the reason, and a solution to this crash?
