Goal
After having set up a new system including a real-time processing Pipelines for billing-time discounts, during the billing process, CM is trying to re-direct flist to EM module of real-time discounting Pipeline by using PCM_OP_RATE_DISCOUNT_EVENT opcode, but the real-time Pipeline process breaks down.
