Symptoms

Test Scenario:
1. Sun Sep 15 13:31:34 2024 Create account with 1 hour back date and Day Of Month (DOM) 3 days later
2. Mon Sep 16 13:00:22 2024 Purchase cycle forward discount back date for 3 hours(1726452015) Mon Sep 16 10:00:15 2024
3. Similar to step2, but purchased cycle forward product charge.

Result:
Step 1 and 2 successful.
Step 3 failed with "credit limit" error from customer center.
