Goal

During the deletion of a case, for which reports had been submitted to an agency, an XML Service Request failure occurred. 
Review of the system tables shows that the appropriate nullification reports have been created in the SAFETYREPORT table in the ESM schema, but have never been transmitted. 

How can these reports be processed by the ESMService.exe job?
