Datamanager Editor - Can Not Locate Text Editor (Doc ID 1357327.1)

Goal



In Data Manager when a rateform (Schedule or Rider) in text editor has been opened once,  The Data Manager is throwing a message stating "PLV0096: An editor is already open".   When attempting  to close the rules language editor you will get the error message "PLV0097 A text or statement editor is open. Please close it before closing the rules language editor". At this point, only option is to kill the Data Manager and reopen it.
