Goal

The ability to change the look and feel of the mobile client application can be done by modifying the MWM css and js files.  Specifically, the cm.css and cm.js files can be used for customization purposes.

What is the procedure to deploy and keep these files updated automatically on the mobile device? Can the cm.css and cm.js files be transported via deployment to the mobile device?
