Pin_inv_doc_gen Is Failing With "Context Closed" Error (Doc ID 1362701.1)

Symptoms

pin_inv_doc_gen is aborting with an unhelpful error message, and one is unable to run the task.  It is failing after retrieving the list of invoices from BRM, but before it sends the requests to format the invoices to BI Publisher.
