Pricing Plan created to charge customer for the first 10 hours for a fixed fee. Thereafter, usages are charged by the minutes accordingly. However, some customers are only charged the fixed fee
even though they have exceeded the 10 hours specified in the pricing plan. This mostly happens only in new accounts created while existing accounts which purchased this pricing plan seem to work fine.
