Calmaster: Permission Denied Error (X-NSCP-WCAP-ERRNO = 28) When Performing WCAP Operations (Doc ID 1363305.1)

Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version: 6.3 (JCS 6) and later   [Release: 6.0 and later ]
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The user uses login.wcap to get a session ID.
Calmaster authentication issue when performing wcap operations, e.g.

  1. go to http://calendarserver/login.wcap?fmt-out=text%2Fxml&user=calmaster&password=password
  2. copy value of X-NSCP-WCAP-SESSION-ID
  3. go to http://calendarserver/fetchcomponents_by_range.wcap?id=[FromStep2]&fmt-out=text%2Fxml&dtstart=20100601T150000Z&dtend=20111231T160000Z&calid=[anyothercalendar]
  4. value of X-NSCP-WCAP-ERRNO = 28
The error means:

ACCESS_DENIED_TO_CALENDAR 28 Command failed. The user is denied access to a calendar
A normal result would be:
