CCS Report Function Does Not Work with Error ORA-02019

Symptoms
The Service Management Screen has the Report Function which allows you to manage reports on which the data source can be based on various applications, one of them is CCS based report
The Report Function can be accessed via SMS Screen -> Operator Functions-> Report Functions
Note: The time and date used is the system date of the SMF database, which is not necessarily the same as the local time of the user scheduling the report.
On SMS Report Function Screen, you can schedule when that particular report should be generated, it is called Scheduled Report.
When the scheduled report is running, the process will be logged into specific trace file which is located in SMS server on /IN/service_packages/SMS/output directory. The file name will follow the following convention:

- Scheduled Report Identity is based on the value of description of Scheduled Report in the screen.

- nn is the sequence number
