Preview For Custom Attributes Are Not Displayed (Doc ID 1365207.1)

Symptoms

Customer can not create new Custom Attributes. They receive a error message " 504 Gateway Time-out", and the Preview does not display. 

Changes

 Customers may experience this behavior after importing/refreshing a database as the configuration is stored on the ASAP.USER_PREFERENCE table (example Production to Test).
