Using OIM To Search Or Set Device Status

Goal
IPSA represents a device's status by a status colour and also a state. You can search for these in OIM, and even set them. For example:
- A user may be doing an upgrade and wish to find all devices that are "not found" as part of a system clean up before upgrading.
- A user may wish to set a device to "Unmanaged" when a recent SNMP discovery has failed and set it to "Not Found" and it shows grey in the UI.
