Why are invalid login attempts not evident in the Audit Log under "Failed Login Record"?
If a user attempts to log in with an incorrect password on their first attempt, but then makes a successful log in attempt, their first attempt is not shown on the Audit Log report:
1. Log into Oracle Argus Safety
2. Select Utilities -- Log -- View Audit Log
3. In Category select Failed Login Record
4. Select appropriate Date Range and click on Search
