ASAP Server ( 7.0.2) did not Start after Running start_asap_sys -d on new Install. (Doc ID 1368831.1)

Goal

ASAP server (ASAP 7.0.2) was not started after running 'start_asap_sys -d'.
It throws the following error 
"<PRIMARY> control server can not start due to invalid username/password."

Below is the error in the CTRL DIAG file>>

Error - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
errcode[1017]
>> 180825.448:10:SANE:SessionPool_Create :2372:control/libasc/ocilib.c
Error: Unable to create a Session Pool, status[0], Errorcode[1017]
>> 180825.448:10:SHUT:ASC Init :603 :control/libcontrol/ctlib.c
Fatal Error in retrieving initial secure data due to invalid <CTRL_USER>/<CTRL_PASSWORD> login information
