Web Server Port Number Widow Is Not Displayed When Installing Argus Insight 6.0 (Doc ID 1379854.1)

When installing Insight 60, After APR_USER password verification, expect to see the window asking for the Web server port number... This window doesn't appear ! the installer goes directly to the final window.

In the IIS, no Argus Insight web site appears.
