SCCP User Adaptation (SUA) - a member of the SIGTRAN family of protocols.
Service Logic Execution Environment [SLEE] - enabling all Oracle software elements to communicate.
Mobile Application Part (MAP) - a protocol which enables real time communication between nodes in a mobile cellular network.

The problem is uneven loading of traffic in xmsIf (xmsTrigger) instances.
