EGRCM 8.x: How do you change the URL port number from the default 7001? (Doc ID 1381821.1)

Goal

To access EGRCM 8.6.3.1 the user needs to enter the URL: http://grctest:7001/grc/.
The default setup from Oracle is that you need to enter port 7001.
How can we change the setup of EGRCM to use port 80?
