Information in this document applies to any platform.
A user logs into the Convergence 1 user interface. However, the user interface stops loading at 85%, leaving the user with no access to any of the Convergence services.
This happens for this one user, with all supported browsers, and on different computers.
There is nothing written to the Convergence iwc.log file.
Firebug Console, on the other hand, mentions:
TypeError: service.data.pab is null
