Convergence UI Loads Until 85% And Freezes For One User (Doc ID 1383106.1)

A user logs into the Convergence 1 user interface. However, the user interface stops loading at 85%, leaving the user with no access to any of the Convergence services.

This happens for this one user, with all supported browsers, and on different computers.

There is nothing written to the Convergence iwc.log file.
Firebug Console, on the other hand, mentions:

fetching personal and corp address books
TypeError: is null
