Goal

When performing the load process in OUBI using an extract file from WAM the Fact table CF_OP_ACTG did not contain any records..

The the data file OP_ACTG_EXT the column FISCAL_CAL_CD is blank. This column should have values that refer to entries in the dimension CD_FISCAL_CAL. Since the values are blank in the extracted file the association to the dimension is not possible and hence the records are being rejected.
