Error While Unlocking Root User With "pin_unlock_service "

The root account "root.0.0.0.1" is locked and when trying to unlock by using pin_unlock_service utility, there is an exception as shown below :

##Aborting transaction due to exception
##pin_unlock_service error.Check the log for error
