BRM Application Hangs and DMfe #x: not accept token owner (x) messages appear in log

Symptoms
After starting of services and performing testing for 1 or 2 days, the application hangs. Testnap hangs (does not connect) and cannot login into client tools like customer center.
On investigation, found lots of errors in dm_oracle pinlog.
Two issues are there:-
1. Application got hanged and not able to connect to Testnap or Client applications.
2. "DMfe #x: not accept token owner (x)" error messages are coming in the dm_oracle.pinlog.
