Communications Express Cannot Handle Certain Characters In Password In 'webmail.proxyadminpass' (Doc ID 1386507.1)

Symptoms

When the password string for webmail.proxyadminpass contains a plus sign ('+'), Comms Express fails to show the mail tab, with the following error in the uwc.log file:

 

Changes

Changing the password to a word with  an '+' or '&' (or any other URL special character) in it.
