Goal

In the GIS, parallel cables run between the breaker and the first downstream device.  These are are used in order to split the load from the breaker in half.  When this is built into the model, it creates a loop since there are two sets of cables running from the breaker to the first downstream device.

The flow/direction of the current is away from the breaker even though they are connected on both ends which make it appear to be in a loop.  It should not really trace as a loop however, since the flow of the current is downstream from the breaker for both.

How does Powerflow handle two sets of cables between the breaker and the first device downstream (which appears to be a 'loop' but is not)?
