Symptoms
The opmnctl startall command does not start all the 4 processes as noted in the EGRCM Install and Upgrade Guide for release 8.6.4 ( on page 3-9 section OPMN Configuration, step 13.).
One of the other symptoms exhibited is that the following warning was thrown when attempting to stop the WebLogic Server and the Server could not be stopped.
Invalid initial heap size: -Xms4096m.
The specified size exeeds the maximum representable size. Could not create the Java Virtual machine.
