Suppress Admin or Calmaster SENT-BY Address from Organizer Field when an Admin Creates Events (Doc ID 1389980.1)

When an administrator account adds an event to another user's account via CalDAV, Calendar Server 7 adds the SENT-BY parameter to the ORGANIZER property of the event:

The original event just specifies the CN and mailto values in the ORGANIZER field.

Per the iCalendar RFC 5545, we tried explicitly setting the SENT-BY parameter in the ORGANIZER property to some other address.
After the entry was added, the server changed the value of SENT-BY back to the address of the admin user.

We don't want this added automatically.  Is there a way to suppress the admin address from appearing there?   Or, is there a way to change it to something else?

We would like a way for this to be more easily configurable.
