Purpose

This document explains how to configure the Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) software to allow an external provisioning system to subscribe users to Periodic Charges (PCs).

The CLI number in this document is fake/fictitious and is detailed in this document for training purposes only.

Scope

Even if the mechanism is briefly explained here, this document requires a good understanding of the NCC basic architecture and processes. It does not cover every single detail that may be specific to every implementation and environment, but provides a high level implementation procedure.
