PSRM - Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management
USA - United States of America
Currently PSRM allows any characters in ZIP Code.Please see attached screenshots of base screens.
Expected behavior:
If country is USA, then the field must be a valid 5 character Zip, however a 9 character Zip may be entered (i.e. 99999-9999).
If country is not USA, then the PSRM system must allow for alphanumeric postal codes.
Currently PSRM allows any characters in ZIP Code.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
For person addresses:
TI->Person + ->Add addresses->Add special characters in zip code.
For Account Override address:
TI->Account+ ->Add addresses->Add special characters in zip code.
The project impact is to prevent incorrect data entry of a zip code.
