For Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), how can you get FTP results to post to Ledger Stat or Management Ledger using the Migration option?  What options do you need to select in the FTP Process?  Are there any data requirements?

Note: The Ledger Migration option outputs rows to LEDGER_STAT or FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER (8.0) with FINANCIAL_ELEM_ID values 170 (Average Transfer Rate) and 450 (Transfer Rate Charge/Credit).
