Symptoms
COMP_DTS has a lower date and time stamp value than QUEUE_DTS and START_DTS in the SARM DB 'tbl_asdl_log'. That means, comp_dts is less than start_dts in the 'tbl_asdl_log'.
Similar functionality could also apply to SARM DB 'tbl_wrk_ord'
