Symptoms
### Detailed Problem Statement ###
PO Receiving form displays current logged on user rather than actual 'Receiver'. When another user wants to review the PO Receiving form that was processed by a different user the system displays the current user's user name in the Receiving field. The system should display the user that actually received the item(s).
### Steps to Reproduce ###
1. Open the PO Receiving Module and make sure the 'Open Items Only' indicator is not checked.
2. Search for PO Receiver that you didn't receive.
3. Review the form. You will notice the Receiver field shows the user name that you are currently logged on as.
