Goal

By default, when accessing calendars anonymously, Convergence shows Sunday as the starting day of the week.

We need that to be Monday, in accordance with local habits.

user.cal.weekfirstday appears to be the configuration parameter to tweak for our purposes but, setting it to "2" appears to have no influence whatsoever on anonymous calendar access.
