Migration Job Fails With ORA-00054 (Doc ID 1414652.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the data migration job the following error occurs in your output file.

Failed in lOpenCursor for query in update nowait:
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified
Error: Exiting Function migrateDciFormVersion

1. Log into Oracle Clincial
2. Navigate to Definition -> DCI -> Migrate Form Version by Book
3. Select your Study
4. Select the DCI Book to migrate
5. Click Submit Job
