Symptoms


The Diameter Control Agent (DCA) is SLEE (Service Logic Execution Environment) interface on the Service Logic Controller (SLC) used for data charging. This interface communicates with the GPRS Support Node (GGSN).

With this problem, the DCA interface reports the following error in its log file:

 

Changes

New traffic is routed to the NCC platform from a recently integrated GGSN.

This GGSN sends charging requests to DCA on the SLC platform.
