EGRCM 8.6.4: GRCI Installed But Unable To Acess The Information In Intelligence Tab (Doc ID 1420304.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.6.4 version, Installation

After installing EGRCM & EGRCI 8.6.4, When attempting to Access Intelligence tab, it's asking for weblogic credentials and after passing the credentials
the following error occurs.

Path Not Found(/share/EGRCM/_portal/Certification//dashboard layout)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install EGRCM & EGRCI 8.6.4
2. Login to EGRCM Application
3. Access the Intelligence tab
4. It's asking for weblogic credentials and after passing the credentials
the following error occurs:
Path Not Found(/share/EGRCM/_portal/Certification//dashboard layout)

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use EGRCI Integration.
