Symptoms

When attempting to start the AutoVue server on Linux, the AutoVue server console appears for a few seconds and shortly after disappears.

The AutoVue server does not start and the following error is logged in the AutoVue server log file "log4j_roll.log" located in the "<AutoVue Install Directory>\bin\logs" folder:

libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libbz2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libuuid.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libXtst.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libXrender.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run ./jvueserver
