How to Change the Control Plan From the Command Line (Doc ID 1431033.1)

Goal

The goal is to be able to change a control plan without the need to use Screens, by using the tool acsAddCallPlan from the command line.

In certain cases, the access to Screens can be slow due to a bad connection specially when using VPN. For this reason, customer might want to be able to save a new version (previously prepared and exported via Control Plan Editor) of a certain control plan, without having to use the Control Plan Editor in Screens.

Solution
 Here is the detailed procedure:
 1) Log on to the control plan editor, open the control plan that needs to be changed, e.g. "ProductionVoiceMO"
 2) Make a copy of the "Production Voice MO" control plan, name it "EmergencyVoiceMO" for example.
 3) Make the changes to the new control plan "EmergencyVoiceMO", in this example, we change the selected exit of the "Dynamic Switch" node.
 4) Save the new control plan "EmergencyVoiceMO" and make sure it compiles correctly with no errors.
 5) Export the new control plan "EmergencyVoiceMO" to local machine. The exported file name should be "EmergencyVoiceMO.cpl"
 6) Transfer the new exported control plan file "EmergencyVoiceMO.cpl" from local machine to SMS node under "/IN/service_packages/ACS/bin" using FTP or SFTP.
 7) Ensure the permissions are correct
 8) Ensure the ownership is correct.
 14) Check the current version of this control plan on SMS:
