CCB - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
When creating an activity type the user has the ability to select an activity business object.
If the user selects activity from the drop down then any activity created using this activity type will not be sent to an external host (i.e. CCB via FWPIP). However, if the activity type is configured with, for example, meter read activity as the activity business object then the completion details are sent back to CCB.
Should activity types configured with activity as the activity business object send completion details to the external host? If not, then what documentation exists to explain the differences between the different options in this drop down box?
