Calender Feature Not Available In Real Time Pricing Configuration (Doc ID 1437290.1)

Pipeline rating allows to configure calendar, where we can do the following:

* can set several dates marked as recurring holidays or not
* can add these dates into time model
* can use time intervals from time model in the rate plan configuration

This configuration is easy to manage.

Now in real time rating:

* There is no such configuration as calendar in real time rating
* How can one configure special rates for holidays?
* We can use date ranges in the rate plan but it will have big influence on performance, if we end up adding several rate tiers in the rate plan.

So the question is, how can one overcome this limitation on the real time rating side.
