RMS Rejects DSD Order Created in SIM with "Order has not been approved" Error (Doc ID 1438802.1)

Symptoms

The Direct Store Delivery (DSD) order created in Store Inventory Management (SIM) does not flow to RMS and the message gets stuck in Retail Integration Bus (RIB). RMS rejects the message with the below error.

Steps To Recreate:

  1.  Create a DSD from SIM.
    1a. Go to Shipping/Receiving->Direct Delivery.
    1b. Click Create..
    1c. Enter any item which which has to be received.
    1d. In the Purchase Order select "New".
    1e. Click Next.
    1f. In the next screen, receive the desired quantity and click on confirm.
    1g. Check the staged_message table in SIM. The DSD message is processed and its processed indicator is "Y", Which indicates its has going out of SIM\
  2.  Now in RMS, check in the RIB_MESSAGE table,the DSD message is found failed.
