Symptoms

The Line Class Service alphanumeric check was tightened in <Patch 12677306> to fix <Bug 9762284> - ALLOW MULTIPLE INSTANCES ANI II DIGITS IN ROUTING EXCEPTION MATRIX ENHANCEMENT causing ASR orders to be rejected with error "Line Class Service should be Alphanumeric"
