Symptoms



When a Permit is created against a Permit Template, the attachments from the Permit Template are not copied to the Permit

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create Permit Template with Procedure Attachment(s)
2. Create a Permit using this Permit Template
3. Permit does not have the attachment(s) inherited from Permit Template
