Cascading Menus for Case Data Anaylsis Parameter Selection Do Not Expand (Doc ID 1440063.1)

Symptoms

When selecting Rows and Columns for the Case Data Analysis report the parameter selection process involves a series of cascading menus.  As an item from a parent menu is selected, all of its child elements are displayed in a separate menu.

In some cases the vertical size of the child menu is limited to the vertical size of the parent menu (see image below) effectively truncating the possible choices and limiting the usability of the report.
