Outlook Connector: Cannot Create Mail Filter or Out-Of-Office Message with Convergence Deployed to Non-default URI

Symptoms
This issue was reported on Outlook Connector 7.3-119 (patch 139162-14).
If Convergence is deployed to a non-default URI e.g. "/mail" (the default is "/iwc"), and a user tries to use Outlook Connector to create a mail filter or vacation (out of office) message:
- The user gets a pop-up error window with no error message (blank).
- Glassfish (web container for Convergence) server_access_log shows that Outlook Connector is issuing requests e.g.:
i.e. the Outlook Connector is requesting for "/iwc/..." (the default Convergence URI) which is wrong, as the Convergence URI, in this case, was configured to non-default "/mail". This resulted in an HTTP error 404 (not found).
