Receiving an Order State Policy Not Allowed Error (Doc ID 1452363.1)

Symptoms

User is not able to complete the orders and all orders got stuck in OSM 703 . Getting the following information in the OSM log file.

 <INFO> <plugin.AutomationEventHandlerImpl> <ExecuteThread: '6' for queue: 'oms.automation'> <Order state policy does not allow automation component processing. Rollbacks event that on event redelivery can be persisted. OrderId[206786] task[AlignCUROrderEntryPointTask] histId[8024104]. Execution will be retried automatically.>
