Pin_amt Tool Is Showing FAILED Batch_status And Showing Unique Constraint Error In Controller File. (Doc ID 1454174.1)

When running pin_amt tool, the batch status is showing as Failed in control log.
We are getting the below message:

Expected result
It should migrate accounts from one schema to other.

Actual result
Getting Failed batch status and Oracle error as unique constant error.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. migrate accounts from one schema to other.
