Cancellation Fee In Change Plan Using Transition Is Prorated In 7.4 (Doc ID 1457963.1)

We have plans that need to charge all cancellation fees when it is canceled but this charge is prorated in 7.4. The plan is changed for another and we need to use transition plan to do this "change plan".

We are not using the Customer Center, but we are using custom code for plan transition. Some customizations have been done in fm_subscription_pol_pre_transition_plan.c, which is as follow:

Call transition plan opcodes and use PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_PRE_TRANSITION_PLAN to send PIN_FLD_FEE_FLAG.
We have used all possible values 0, 1, 2, and 3, but the result is the same.


In other words, It is not possible to charge for all cancellation fees when transitioning to a new plan using PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_PRE_TRANSITION_PLAN.
