BI – Oracle Utilities Business Intelligence

 Running Depoly Repository (RPD) file.

I have opened the file using ....
(Start > programs > OBI > Administrator)
  File > open > offline
  and do the changes and save the file.

Then log in to OBIEE Enterprise manager and navigate to
  BI Instance > Coreapplication > depolyment
  Lock and Edit
  and upload the modified RDP
  click Apply
  Activate the change and restart the BI

I get the error as below.
